“Never compromise on your personal best practices.”
During one of the training sessions I attended on positive mental attitude, the facilitator asked us to share positively. The rule was to use only positive or neutral words. I turned towards the person next to me and we started to converse as advised. It was a good experience, to say the least. It felt light and impactful. This had me thinking. If we were just to use positive and neutral words for a short period and it could have such an impact, how would it be to continue doing this the whole time during my awake state? This was a revelation. It occurred to me that we need to be very real with ourselves but this element of being “Real” has two sides, one that is good about me, and the other is the areas of improvement. I suddenly realized that there are some practices that I follow that have helped me to excel in what I do and therefore they would also need due attention and betterment as would my areas of improvement. This brought in balance in my self-evaluation and honestly, the improvement journey became more comfortable.

Thank you Rekha for your wonderful feedback.
What you give – is what you get back. Throw positivity around, you get positive energy back into you. Since more than one person would return, you gain more positivity than you sent out.
Very insightful and a good framework to work with !
