“Everything starts and ends with a thought.”

What do I do every day? It was a question I asked myself. My attention was naturally diverted to the things I do during the day how effective a day has it been and the string of thoughts on the same lines.

Then I asked the same question again. This time around a new perception came up. It was “I am Processing thoughts” As a continuum, “ I process thoughts daily and that’s what I majorly do.”. I sat down thinking about this.

I started to review some recent past events in my life which I could immediately recollect and I saw that right through this I was constantly directed, guided and supported by thoughts.

When I reviewed a few more instances, the same pattern emerged. Later I realized that all I am doing is executing my thoughts based on my perceived situation in front of me. My introspection started to understand this phenomenon a bit more. I realized that every event that has happened whether it is new or old, has a pattern. It starts with a thought and ends with a thought, meaning our thoughts dictate every start and end of something. This is when this quote occurred to me.
